A Complete Digital and Visual Transformation
From 2021 to 2023, I worked with Tomtours, a travel agency based in New York, on a full design and communication restructuring project. We revamped their visual line and improved the quality, consistency, and impact of their social media content across all platforms. The work included email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, targeted social media ads, and a unified graphic system that aligned their presence across Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, email communications, and the website. As part of the digital overhaul, we redesigned the website’s theme, integrated CSS3 animations, and enhanced overall usability—creating a more dynamic, modern, and visually engaging experience.
Thanks to a strong content strategy, consistent branding, and performance-focused digital marketing, Tomtours experienced rapid growth across their digital channels. Instagram followers jumped from 7,000 to over 25,000 in just a few weeks, driven by strategic content, audience targeting, and optimized ad campaigns. We monitored and analyzed website traffic continuously, improving results month after month in both paid and organic performance. The project became an exceptional success, strengthening Tomtours’ presence and positioning them as a more competitive and visually recognizable travel brand.
